Andy Roddick needs to just stop talking, and say what he wants to say, only on the court. Specially after having his foot jammed in his mouth by Roger Federer, with the thrashing of his life, at the Australian Open. This is the first time in his professional life that he lost a set 6-0.
Few days before the match, he was claiming that the gap between him the world's number 1 player was closing. What an embarrassment. It reminds you of a newspaper headline, after he lost the deciding Davis cup match against Ivan Ljubicic of Croatia in 2004: "Roddick again reminds us: He is good not great."
Clearly, his best years are behind him. He has an appalling and pathetic losing record against the top 10 players. He just has been lucky to have reached the three finals of Grand Slams because the top ten players in his draw were taken out before they could demolish him.
To top it all, US Davis Cup captain, Patrick McEnroe, who commentates on ESPN, is on record saying that 'Roddick is not the hardest working tennis player on the circuit'. What a revelation considering he has won only one Grand Slam.
Cut out the attitude, man and let your game speak for itself.

Roddick just lost to Murray - again. That's two years in a row at the same tournament. Shows so much attitude without anything to back it up. His best years are way behind him!!!
